Phil Hagood has 20 years of audio, video and lighting experience that began as a member of his church’s youth group tech crew, which also is where he met the girl that would later become his wife. He earned a degree in music business from Belmont University in Nashville and has since built a career on worship production.
Phil finds great joy in his work (which may or may not include lift racing with a co-worker). He also has a soft spot for video routers, which instantly distribute video signals from multiple sources to multiple destinations.
In addition to his passion for AVL, he also loves golf, watersports and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Phil is married with two children.
